My name is Rania Al-Azzawi and I am the Year Advisor for Year 7 in 2025. My role is to provide support for all students in Year 7 by focusing on their welfare and learning throughout the year. I work closely with Ms. Magdoline Shakir, the Year 7 Assistant Year Advisor, as well as the welfare team and classroom teachers to ensure your son is supported during his time at East Hills Boys High School. I am the first point of contact for parents and guardians regarding any concerns about your son's wellbeing.
Year 7 is an exciting yet challenging time as students transition from primary school to high school, navigating new experiences and environments. At East Hills Boys High School, we provide students with opportunities to grow, mature, and discover their potential. With the support of staff and the wider school community, we ensure they have a fulfilling and engaging education.
The staff at EHBHS are committed to helping students stay motivated and maintain a positive outlook on their education. Our strong support network and welfare team are always available to guide them and prepare them for the future.
Year 7 students will engage in a broad curriculum, including English, Mathematics, Science, Geography, History, Literacy, Numeracy, PDHPE, Visual Arts, Music, Technology, and Berry Street. These subjects help develop essential skills while encouraging personal and academic growth.
